UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R SLP(C) No. 30103/2015 Respondent Nos.1,2,3, 5 to 7 and 13 have already filed the counter affidavit. Four weeks time is given to the respondent No. 4 to file the counter affidavit. The Learned counsel for the respondent No. 12 has stated that the petitioners has not provided the copies of the pleadings to him. The learned counsel for petitioners is directed to provide the copies of the pleadings to the learned counsel within a weeks' time and file proof. The respondent shall file the Counter Affidavit within a period of four weeks, thereafter. Service of notice is complete on the respondent Nos. 9 and 11 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf. Fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to the respondent No. 8 shall be taken by the learned counsel for the petitioners within a period of four weeks.
