"SLP(C) No. 30103/2015

Mr. P.A. Noor Mohammed, Advocate,is offering vakalat for the respondent nos. 1 and 2. He seeks and is given two weeks time to file the Vakalatnama. Ld. Counsel for the petitioner shall serve a copy of the pleadings to the Ld. Counsel for the respondent nos. 1 and 2. Ld. Counsel for the respondent nos. 1 and 2 shall file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks thereafter.

Respondent nos. 3 to 7 and 12 are granted four weeks time to file the counter affidavit. Service of notice is complete on the respondent nos. 9 to 11, but no one has entered appearance on their behalf. Await the return of the service of notice already issued to the respondent nos. 8 and 13. Ld. Counsel for the petitioner shall file the affidavit of valuation within a period of four weeks.

SLP(C) No. 32072/2015

Respondent nos. 1 to 5, 8, 11 and 12 to 15 are granted four weeks time to file the counter affidavit. Service of notice is complete on the respondent nos. 6,7,10,16,20, and 21, but no one has entered appearance on their behalf. Await the return of the service of notice already issued to the respondent nos. 9 and 17 to 19. Ld. Counsel for the petitioner shall file the affidavit of valuation within a period of four weeks.

SLP(C) No. 33130/2015

Respondent nos. 1 to 4 are granted four weeks time to file the counter affidavit. Await the return of the service of notice already issued to the respondent nos. 5 to 13. Ld. Counsel for the petitioner shall file the affidavit of valuation within a period of four weeks. SLP(C) No. 36037/201 5 , SLP(C) No. 36038/2015 and SLP(C) No. 36036/2015:

Await the return of the service of notice already issued to all the respondents. Ld. Counsel for the petitioner shall file the affidavit of valuation within a period of four weeks.

SLP (C) No. 30103 of 2015

It is submitted for the information of the Ld. Registrar that Mr. P.A. Noor Muhamed, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance as well as counter affidavit on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 & 2. Ms. Usha Nandini V., Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance as well as counter affidavit on behalf of Respondent No. 13. Mr. Ramesh Babu M.R., Advocate has filed common counter affidavit on behalf of Respondent Nos. 3 to 7 (State of Kerala). Mr. S.N. Terdal, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 4 but has not filed counter affidavit so far. Counsel for the Respondent No. 12 has not filed Counter-affidavit so far.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has not filed proof of serving copy of the pleadings to the Counsel for the Respondent No. 1 and 3. Service of show cause notice is complete on Respondent Nos. 9 to 11 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far. Service of show cause notice is still awaited in respect of Respondent No. 8.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on Respondent No. 8.

SLP (C) No. 32072 of 2015

It is submitted that Counsel for the Respondent Nos. 1 to 5, 8, 11 and 12 to 15 has not filed counter affidavit so far. Service of notice is complete on the Respondent Nos. 6, 7, 9, 10, 16, 20 and 21 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far. Service of show cause notice is still awaited in respect of Respondent Nos. 17 to 19. Counsel for the petitioner has not filed affidavit of valuation so far.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on Respondent Nos. 17 to 19.

SLP (C) No. 33130 of 2015

It is submitted that Counsel for Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 (State of Kerela) has filed common counter affidavit . Service of show cause notice is still awaited in respect of 5 to 13. Counsel for the petitioner has not filed affidavit of valuation so far.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on Respondent Nos. 5 to 13.

SLP (C) Nos. 36037, 36038 and 36036 of 2015

It is submitted that Mr. Ramesh Babu M.R., Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 1 but has not filed counter affidavit so far. A.D. cards duly signed have been received from Respondent Nos. 2 to 4, 8, 12 to 14, 16 to 19 & 22 to 24 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioners has not filed the affidavit of valuation so far.

Service is not complete on Respondent Nos. 5 to 7, 9 to 11, 15, 20 & 21..
