• 1 Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that apart from giving the petitioner a sedentary assignment and taking away his firearms, the rest of the directions contained in the judgment of this Court dated 17 December 2021 have not been implemented.
• 2 Issue notice, returnable in three weeks.
• 3 Service be effected, in addition, on the Central Agency.
• 4 The personal presence of the alleged contemnor is presently dispensed with.
• 5 List the Contempt Petition on 17 February 2023.
