It is further submitted that Criminal Appeal No. 798 of 2015 arising out of common order was allowed by this Hon'ble Court on 19th November, 2015. Copy of Order dated 19th November, 2015 is annexed as Annexure P-11 in SLP paper books at page nos.189-227 for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.
