It is submitted that Mrs. Vaijanthi Girish, Advocate has on 17.02.2015 filed counter affidavit on behalf of respondent nos. 2 and 3 who are the common respondent nos. 3 and 4 in SLP No. 30375 of 2014. But affidavit in support of counter is deposed by the petitoner viz Dr. Yaseen Shariff and no vakalat/appearance filed by Mrs. Vaijanthi Girish, Advocate. As the matter is on board copy of the same is being circulated with this office report.
It is further submitted that no rejoinder affidavit has been filed by the counsel for the petitioner, so far.
