Respondent Nos.9 and 10 have been deleted from the array of parties vide Hon'ble Judge in Chambers' order dated 13.12.2024.

Service is complete on respondent Nos. 5 to 8 and 11 but none has entered appearance.

As per office report, Ld. counsel who entered appearance for respondent Nos.1 and 2 on the last date of hearing, has not filed any vakalatnama or counter affidavit yet, despite the grant of last opportunity.

It has been submitted by Ld. counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 4 that vakalatnama has been filed yesterday. Registry to verify and update the records. Service was complete on respondent Nos.1 and 2 but was not complete on respondent Nos.3 and 4.

Despite the grant of last opportunity, no counter affidavit has been filed by Ld. counsel appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4. Hence, further opportunity is hereby declined.

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has filed an Application seeking deletion with regard to respondent Nos.5 to 10 from the array of parties but the same is defective. Four weeks' time is granted to cure the defects.
