Heard Dr. Monika Gusain, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners.
Learned senior counsel submits that the issue of compensation for the land acquired for village Kharawar to set up the industrial township in Rohtak are pending before this Court.
Issue notice on the special leave petition as well as on the application for condonation of 581 days delay. Notice is made returnable in four weeks. When the notice is duly served, the matter be tagged with SLP(C) Diary No.37563/2022.
