UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Nobody is present for the petitioner in SLP(C) Nos. 6348-49 and 7578 of 2012 therein respondents are yet unserved till date. Let there be fresh dasti notice which is permitted to be served through the nearest Civil Court/Trial Court/standing counsel if process fee and spare copies are paid before 30.3.2012 else list before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for non-prosecution.

As last chance, petitioner in SLP(C) No. 30638,31648 of 2011 has to comply with the order dated 25.1.2012 on or before 30.3.2012 i.e., to pay process fee and spare copies for issuance of fresh dasti notices upon unserved respondents. If process fee and spare copies are not paid till 30.3.3012, list before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for non-prosecution.

Registry has to explain in writing to the undersigned that why the order dated 25.1.2012 has not been complied with which specifically directs that in absence of process fee before 4.2.2012, matter shall be listed for non-prosecution before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers.
