The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 9.3.2015 with an office report dated 27.2.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:
"A perusal of the office report reveals, that respondent nos. 1 to 4 are still unserved. Respondent no.5, who is the only contesting respondent, is duly served. Ms. Pragati Neekhra, Advocate has entered appearance on behalf of respondent no.5. Learned counsel for respondent no.5 seeks liberty to file power of attorney within one week from today. Counter affidavit be filed within a further period of three weeks. List thereafter. "
It is submitted that Ms. Pragati Neekhra, Advocate has on 7.4.2015 and on 10.4.15 filed vakalatnama/appearance and counter affidavit on behalf of respondent no. 5 with permission of the Honble Court but the same is defective for the following reasons.

Application for exemption from filing O.T. has not filed in this regard.
As the matter is on board copy of the document is being circulated to the Hon'ble Court.
It is further submitted that no power of attorney has been filed by the counsel for the respondent no. 5.
It is lastly submitted that neither AD card nor unserved cover containing the notice has been received back from respondent nos. 1 to 4 . Service of show cause notice in respect of respondent nos. 1 to 4 is still awaited.
The matter above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
