"Service on respondent No.1 is complete. Respondent Nos.1 to 4 are official respondents and service upon them is still awaited. We direct the learned counsel for respondent No.1 to accept notice on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 4 as well. List for hearing after four weeks."

It is submitted that show cause notice was issued to respondent nos. 2-4 through Mr. Mishra Saurabh, standing counsel for the State of M.P. Counsel for the petitioner has also filed proof of service upon Mr. Mishra Saurabh, standing counsel for the State of M.P. but he has not entered appearance on behalf of respondent nos. 2 to 4, so far.

It is further submitted that Ms. Pragati Neekhra, Advocate has already filed vakalat/appearance and counter affidavit on behalf of respondent no. 5. Counsel for the petitioner has filed rejoinder affidavit to the counter affidavit. Copy of the same has been included in the paper books.

Service of show cause notice is complete.
