(C) No. 19871/2015 which Review Petition was allowed on 02.02.2017 and S.L.P. (C) No. 19871/2015 was ordered to be tagged with SLP(C) No. $6420/2009$ .

In terms of the above order dated 02.02.2016, issue notice on the application for condonation of delay as well as on the Special Leave Petition.
