(Copy of the Order dated 20th July, 2015 is enclosed herewith for reference.)

It is further submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that SLP(C) No. 19881 of 2015 @CC No. 12609 of 2015 entitled "DIRECTOR COMMISSIONER OF INCOME TAX INTERNATIONAL TAXATIONI vs G.E. NUOVO PIGNONE SPA" arising from common Order which was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 13th July, 2015 when the Hon'ble Court has dismissed the same. (Copy of the Order dated 13th July, 2015 is enclosed herewith for reference.)

The matter alongwith application abovementioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
