It is submitted for information of the Hon'ble Court that the Special Leave Petition abovementioned is filed against the Judgment and Order dated 12th January, 2015 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in ITA No. 367 of 2014 and is barred by time by 45 days. The Counsel for the Petitioner has filed Application for Condonation of delay in filing Special Leave Petition.

It is further submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that instant matter has been tagged with CC No. 12053 of 2015 entitled "DIRECTOR OF INCOME TAX INTERNATIONAL TAXATION vs GE JAPAN LTD." as both are arising from common Order.

It is further submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that Counsel for the petitioner has filed a letter stating therin that Order dated 30th September, 2010 passed in connected matters therefore, filing of the same may be dispensed with. Copy of Letter dated 22nd June, 2015 is annexed at page no. 1009 of the paper books.

The matter alongwith application abovementioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
