It is further submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that Special Leave Petition (C) No. 7715-18 of 2014 entitled "ALCATEL LUCENT USA INC vs DIT-I, INTERNATIONAL TAXATION" referred to as Annexure P-5 is pending which was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 15th April, 2014, when the Hon'ble Court has directed to issue notice. Copy of the Order dated 15th April, 2014 is annexed as Annexure P-5 at Page No. 997-998 of the Paper Books.

The matter alongwith application above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
