It is further submitted for information of the Hon'ble Court that the Special Leave Petition Nos. 77157718 of 2014 entitiled "ALCATEL LUCENT USA INC vs DITI, INTERNATIONAL TAXATION" arising from similar issue which was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 15th April, 2014, when the Hon'ble Court has directed to issue notice. (Copy of the Order dated 15th April, 2014 is enclosed herewith for reference.)

It is further submitted for information of the Hon'ble Court that the Civil Appel Nos. 45814582 of 2014 @SLP(C) No. 2106121062 of 2010 entitiled "C.I.T,MUMBAI vs INMARSAT LTD." referred to on Page B of List of dates which was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 11th April, 2014, when the Hon'ble Court has granted leave.(Copy of the Order dated 11th April, 2014 is enclosed herewith for reference.)

SLP(C) NOS...(CC) 657 & 674 OF 2015

It is submitted for information of the Hon'ble Court that the Special Leave Petitions abovementioned are filed against the final impugned Judgment and Order dated 8th September, 2014 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in ITA Nos. 577 & 566 of 2014

and is barred by time by 3 days. The Counsel for the Petitioner has filed application for condonation of delay in filing Special Leave Petition.

It is further submitted for information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been tagged with SLP(C) No. 886 of 2015 as both are arising from common order.
