1. Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and on going through these transfer petitions filed by the petitioner under Section 25 of the Code of Civil Procedure and considering the facts and circumstances of the cases, we deem it fit and proper to transfer H.M O.P. Petition No.1411 of 2014 and H.M O.P. No.647 of 2015 from Family Court of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu to Family Court at Kundapura District Udupi, Karnataka.

2. We order accordingly.

3. The transfer petitions are, accordingly, allowed. 4. The Registry is directed to immediately transmit a copy of this order to both the Courts.
