It is further submitted that Ms. G. Indira, Advocate for the petitioner has not filed application for substitution for bringing on record the legal representatives of deceased respondent No. 1 so far.

It is submitted that neither A.D. card nor unserved cover has been received back from all the three respondents.

It is further submitted deceased respondent No. 1 in the instant Special Leave Petition is also respondent No. 1 in connected Special Leave Petition(C) No. 20918 of 2013.

Service of show cause notice is incomplete.
