On 11.05.2016, the Hon'ble Chamber Judge allowed two weeks' time, to the learned counsel for the appellants, to take steps to bring on record the legal representatives of deceased respondent No.1(d). The needful has not been done till date.

In view of the above, one further opportunity is granted to the learned counsel for the appellants, to move an appropriate application for substitution of the Lrs. of deceased respondent No.1(d), within four weeks from today, subject to payment of Rs.5,000/- as cost. The cost shall be deposited with the Supreme Court Advocates-on-Record Welfare Trust within one week from today.
