The Special Leave Petition above mentioned has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 7 th September, 2015 of the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh in Public Interest Litigation No. 221 of 2015.

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that there is delay of 36 days in filing the Special Leave Petition and counsel for the Petitioner has also filed application for condonation of delay in filing Special Leave Petition.

It is further submitted that SLP(C) No. 26175 of 2015 arising out of relied upon Judgment by High Court is pending as the matter was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 14th September, 2015 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order "Issue notice and Stay". (A copy of Record of Proceeding dated 14th September, 2015 is enclosed herewith for kind perusal of Hon'ble Court)

It is also submitted that Mr. D.L. Chidananda, Counsel for the Petitioner has on 13th January, 2016 filed additional documents i.e. Annexure P-9 in view of his undertaking dated 12th January, 2016 and the same is being circulated herewith.

The aforesaid matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
