The Special Leave Petition above-mentioned has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 8 th August, 2014 of the High Court of Judicature, Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad in Appeal Suit Nos. 762 of 2010 and Cross Objection (SR) No. 373 of 2011.

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that two applications for condonation of delay have been filed i.e. one is for condonation of delay in filing Special Leave Petition and another in refiling the special leave petition. There is delay of 14 days in filing the special leave petition and 31 days in refiling the special leave petition. The total delay is of 45 days.

It is further submitted that counsel for the Petitioner has filed application for deletion of Respondent nos. 6 and 11 and the same is already included in paper books.

It is also submitted that Mr. S.N. Terdal, Advocate has on 16th March, 2015 filed additional documents alongwith application for permission to file additional documents and the same is being circulated herewith.

The aforesaid matter alongwith application is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
