The Transfer Petitions above mentioned were listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court

on 11th July, 2016, when he was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"In all the matters numbered above, fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to the unserved respondents shall be taken by the learned counsel for the petitioners within a period of four weeks, as last chance. List again on 17.8.2016."

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 19-07-2016 filed spare copy of petition and notice is yet to be issued to all the unserved respondent in aforesaid matters.

The Transfer Petitions above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 5th January 2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"List along with Transfer Petition (C) Nos. 1904-1915 of 2015 and connected matters."

Accordingly, the transfer petitions above-mentioned were tagged with T. P. (C) Nos. 1904-1915 of 2015.

It is submitted that Mr. Rabin Majumder, Advocate has on 8th March, 2016 filed vakalatnama and memo of appearance on behalf of respondent no. 1 in all the T. P. (C) NO. 2020-2044 of 2015.

The matters above-mentioned are listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar with this Office Report.
