The Transfer Petitions above mentioned were listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court

on 22nd February 2016, when he was pleased to pass the following Order:

"T.P.(C) Nos. 1904-1915 & 1955-1958/2015 Await certificate of service in respect of the respondents. List the incomplete matters again on 12.04.2016. T.P.(C) No.1953/2015 As per the office report a letter has been received from the High Court of Chhatisgarh stating therein that W.P.(S) No.2423/2015 viz.T.P.(C) No.1953/15 has been dismissed as withdrawn on 03.11.2015. Hence, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further orders."

Notice was issued to all the Respondents through concerned High Courts in T.P. (C) No. 19041915/2015 on 23.01.2016, all the three Respondents in T.P. (C) No. 1953/2015 through Registered A.D. Post on 12.01.2016, all the Sixty Three Respondents in T. P. (C) No. 19551958/2015 through Registered A.D. Post on 1.02.2016 except R. Nos. 60, 61, 62 as they are common with Respondents in T. P. (C) No. 19041915/2015.

It is submitted that Certificate of Service has not been received from Concerned High Court in T.P. (C) No. 19041915 of 2015 is as follows:

T.P.(C) 1904 OF 2015

There are 12 respondents.

It is submitted that certificate of service has been receivied from concerned High Court in respect of respondent nos. 1, 2, 6,8, 9,11 &12 but no one has filed Vakalatnama and memo of appearance on behalf of them.

Service of notice is not complete in respect of respondent nos. 3, 4, 5, 7 and 10.

T.P.(C) 1905 OF 2015

There are 7 respondents.

It is submitted that certificate of service has been receivied from concerned High Court in respect of respondent nos. 3, 4, 6 & 7 but no one has filed Vakalatnama and memo of appearance on behalf of them.

Service of notice is not complete in respect of respondent nos. 1, 2 & 5.

T.P.(C) 1906 OF 2015

There are 22 respondents.

It is submitted that certificate of service has been receivied from concerned High Court in respect of respondent nos. 2, 3, 5, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 14 to 19, 21 & 22 but no one has filed Vakalatnama and memo of appearance on behalf of them.

Service of notice is not complete in respect of respondent nos. 1, 4 , 6, 10, 13 & 20.

There are 16 respondents.

It is submitted that certificate of service has been receivied from concerned High Court in respect of respondent nos. 1 to 4, 6 to 8, 10 to 13, 15 & 16 but no one has filed Vakalatnama and memo of appearance on behalf of them.

Service of notice is not complete in respect of respondent nos. 5, 9 and 14.

There are 18 respondents.

It is submitted that certificate of service has been receivied from concerned High Court in respect of respondent nos. 1 to 4, 6 to 8, 11, 14, 15, 17 & 18 but no one has filed Vakalatnama and memo of appearance on behalf of them.

Service of notice is not complete in respect of respondent nos. 5, 9, 10, 12, 13 & 16.

There are 17 respondents.

It is submitted that certificate of service has been receivied from concerned High Court in respect of respondent nos. 1 to 5, 7, 8, 10 to 14, 16 & 17 but no one has filed Vakalatnama and memo of appearance on behalf of them.

Service of notice is not complete in respect of respondent nos. 6, 9 & 15.

Service of notice is not complete in respect of respondent nos. 14, 17, 18, 20 & 25.

There are 55 respondents.

It is submitted that certificate of service has been receivied from concerned High Court in respect of respondent nos. 1 to 5, 7 to 13, 15, 16, 18 to 31, 33 to 43, 45 to 47, 48, 50 to 52, 54 & 55 but no one has filed Vakalatnama and memo of appearance on behalf of them.

Service of notice is not complete in respect of respondent nos. 6, 14, 17, 32, 44, 49

T.P.(C) 1914 OF 2015

There are 6 respondents.

It is submitted that certificate of service has been receivied from concerned High Court in respect of respondent nos. 1 to 3, 5 & 6 but no one has filed Vakalatnama and memo of appearance on behalf of them.

Service of notice is not complete in respect of respondent no. 4.

There are 116 respondents.

It is submitted that certificate of service has been receivied from concerned High Court in respect of respondent nos. 2, 4, 7, 8, 10, 12, 14 , 16, 20 to 25, 28, 30 to 32, 34 to 36, 39, 40, 45, 47 to 53, 55 to 58, 60, 61, 63 to 65, 68, 69, 71, 73, 75, 76, 78, 80 to 85, 87, 88, 90, 93 to 97, 99 to 102, 106 to 112 & 114 to 116 but no one has filed Vakalatnama and memo of appearance on behalf of them.

Service of notice is not complete in respect of respondent nos. 1, 3, 5, 6, 9, 11, 13, 15, 17 to 19, 26, 27, 29, 33, 37, 38, 41 to 44, 46, 54, 59, 62, 66, 67, 70, 72, 74, 77, 79, 86, 89, 91, 92, 98, 103 to 105 & 113.

T.P.(C) Nos.19501958 OF 2015

It is submitted that neither A.D. Card duly signed has been received back from the Respondent No. 23 in T.P. (C) No. 1955 of 2015 and unserved cover containing the notice has been received back from the Respondent Nos. 4, 7 & 30 in T.P.(C) No. 1955/2015.

Service of show cause notice is not complete except Respondent No. 23 in T.P.(C) No. 1955 of 2015.

TRANSFER PETITIONS (CIVIL) Nos.19631971, 19912006, 20082012, 20202044, 20542059 of 2015

The Transfer Petitions above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 5th January 2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"List along with Transfer Petition (C) Nos. 1904-1915 of 2015 and connected matters."

Accordingly, the transfer petitions abovementioned were tagged with T. P. (C) Nos. 19041915 of 2015.

It is submitted that Mr. Rabin Majumder, Advocate has on 8th March, 2016 filed vakalatnama and memo of appearance on behalf of respondent no. 1 in all the T. P. (C) NO. 20202044 of 2015.

The matters abovementioned are listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar with this Office Report.
