UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Service report qua respondent Nos.1 to 4, 6, 10 to 16, 18, 19, 21, 22 and 24 to 26, 28 and 34 to 40 is still awaited.

Respondent Nos.5 and 23 have yet to file the counter affidavit. Be filed within four weeks, as last opportunity.

Respondent No.30 has filed the counter affidavit but perusal of the record shows that opportunity for the said respondent was already declined. The same be specifically mentioned in the office report while placing the matter before the Hon'ble Court.

Opportunity of respondent Nos.7, 9 and 33 also stands declined.
