UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Ld. Counsel, Mr R.K.Pandey appearing on behalf of Mr Kuldip Singh, Advocate-on-record undertakes to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit on behalf of respondent no.25.

Despite last opportunity granted, respondent nos. 14 and 34 have not filed counter affidavit. Further opportunity is declined.

Opportunity to respondent nos. 2 and 9 to file counter affidavit has already been declined. Though they have filed counter affidavit, but after the opportunity was declined.

Counter affidavit to the application for impleadment has also not been filed in terms of the order of the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers.

Let the matter be placed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers with a detailed office report giving the status of all the respondents.
