In respect of all the unserved respondents, despite direction given as last opportunity to the ld. Counsel for the petitioner to furnish the fresh and complete address, the same has not been complied with. Ld. Counsel submits that since the panel of the ld. Counsels of the Union of India has changed, as a special chance two weeks time may be granted. Considering the facts, ld. Counsel for the petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate steps by providing the complete address of the unserved respondents within two weeks. In respect of Respondent No. 10, since deceased, application for substitution to be filed by the petitioner's side to bring Lrs. of the deceased Respondent No. 10 in T.P. (C)No. 1372/2012 within two weeks. T.P.(C) No. 495-514/2013 Await service in respect of Respondent No. 4 from the Hon'ble High Court. Issue Reminder. T.P.(C) No. 515-536/2013 Ld.
