Counsel appearing for the petitioner states that by filing this petition, he does not want and wish to challenge the order passed by the Division Bench of the High Court on non-payment of his arrear, salary and allowances with effect from the date his junior was promoted as Section Officer on 8.11.1996 till the 2

date of his retirement. He further submits that he is aggrieved only by the order of the Division Bench holding the petitioner entitled to the actual increase in his pension only from the date of judgment and not from the date of his retirement Issue notice restricted to the aforesaid limited issue.
