This petition has been filed by the petitioner-wife for transfer of H.M.O.P. No.4033/2015, titled as "Dr. Mallikarjun Adibatti vs. Smt. Netravati M. Umachagi", pending in the Family Court at Madras, Tamil Nadu, to a Court of competent jurisdiction at Hubballi, Karnataka.

None appears on behalf of the respondent though Mr. Gopal Balwant Sathe, learned counsel, filed vakalatnama on behalf of the respondent.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, we deem it expedient to transfer the aforesaid case to the District Judge, Hubballi, Karnataka. Signature Not Verified
