UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
After hearing the learned counsel appearing for both sides, we do not find any reason to interfere with the judgment and order dated 20.07.2023 passed by the High Court of Karnataka, Kalaburagi Bench in MSA Nos. 200087 and 200088 of 2019 for invocation of power under Article 136 of the Constitution of India. In that view of the matter these Special Leave Petitions have to fail. Consequently, these are dismissed.
