The Petitions abovementioned have been filed by M/s. S.M. Jadhav & Co., Advocates on 06.12.2015 and 05.12.2015 against the Judgment and order dated 02.09.2015 of the High Court of Judicature at Bombay, Nagpur Bench at Nagpur in Writ Petition Nos. 7097 and 7098 of2 014.

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has filed Special Leave Petitions within time but after curing the defects on refiling of the Special Leave Petitions is barred by time by 11 and 14 days and the same has been condoned by the competent authority.

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed copy of the relied upon Judgment dated 15.1.2016 and 18.1.2016 and he has given a letter in this regard. Copy of the letter is already included in paper books enclosed at Page No. 51.

It is submitted that SLP(C) No. 1914/2016 and instant matters are arising out of common order, hence instant matter is tagged with SLP(C) CC No. 1261/2016 @ SLP No. 1979/2016.

It is submitted for information of the Hon'ble Court that Special Leave Petition © No. 12836/2011 filed against Order dated 21.09.2010 in Writ Petition No. 2016 of 2010 (Referred to on Para 10 of Impugned Order) was disposed of by the Hon'ble Court on 29.04.2011. Copy of the Record of Proceedings dated 29.04.2011 is enclosed for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

The matters abovementioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
