The learned counsel for the petitioner to take steps for substitution of the legal representatives of the deceased respondent No.1 within six weeks and on compliance the same be processed as per rules.

Respondent No.2 is reported to be duly and properly served but none appeared on his behalf.

On filing of the process fee, spare copies, fresh and complete address of respondent No.3 as well as the address of the concerned District Court within three weeks, notice be issued forthwith besides postal service allowed.
