was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Respondent No.1 is reported to be duly and properly served but none appeared on his behalf. Respondent No.2 is reported to have died. Steps for substitution of the legal representatives, as per rules, be taken. Notice be reissued to respondent No.3 on furnishing his fresh and correct address within two weeks through the concerned District Court in addition to postal service.

List again on 1.10.2013."

It is submitted that A.D. Card duly signed and stamped has been received in respect of respondent no. 2 but none has appeared on his behalf so far. Unserved covers have been received back in respect of respondent nos. 1 & 3 with postal remarks "Deceased" and "Not known" respectively.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not furnished correct and fresh address of respondent no. 3 so far.

Service of show cause notice is incomplete on respondent nos. 1
