Parmar, appearing on behalf of Mr. C.D. Singh, Advocate-on-record has entered appearance for respondent No.1 in all the three petitions and seeks time for filing vakalatnama and counter affidavit. Be filed within four weeks. Item No.33 -2- The Ld. Counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No.2 in all the three petitions is different and they have been served in all the three petitions. The office report reveals that respondent No.2 has appeared in SLP(Crl) No.10006/2014 and 10008/2014 and even opportunity to file counter affidavit to him has already been declined whereas fresh steps for service of respondent No.2 in SLP(Crl) No.10007/2014 are to be taken within two weeks. Notice thereafter be issued. Respondent No.3 in SLP(Crl) No.10008/2014 has also been declined opportunity to file counter affidavit. SLP(Crl) No. 755/2015 Respondent No.1 has already filed the counter affidavit. Two weeks' time, as last opportunity, is granted to the petitioner for filing proof of service of pleadings to respondent Nos.2 to 11. Counter affidavit be filed within four weeks thereafter.
