Respondent Nos.1 to 3 and 9 are well represented.

Remaining respondents though served at SLP stage itself but have failed to enter appearance.

No statement of case has been filed. The Ld. Counsel for the appellant has opted to not to file the same.

Since it is no more a mandate after the amendment in the Supreme Court Rules, 2013 and in that circumstance, the List of dates already submitted is presumed to have been accepted.

The appeal stands complete, in the given circumstances.
