It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Ms. Amita Singh Kalkal, Advocate on 11.01.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 02.09.2015 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RFA Nos. 5228, 5229, 7163, 7164, 7165, 7166, 7167 and 7546 of 2011.
It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has filed two applications for condonation of delay in filing the SLP and refiling the SLP (i) there is a delay of 17 days in RFA No. 5228 of 2011 and 14 days in RFA Nos. 5229, 7163, 716467, 7546 of 2011 in filing the SLP (ii) a delay of 14 days in refiling the SLP in all matters. There is a total delay of 31 days in RFA No. 5228 of 2011 and 28 days in RFA Nos. 5229, 7163, 716467, 7546 of 2011 in filing and refiling the SLP.
It is further submitted that notice in SLP (C) Nos.654952 of 2016 @ CC Nos. 34473450 of 2016 Entitled Rattan Singh Etc. Etc. Versus State of Haryana & Ors. Etc. Etc. arising out of common Order was directed on
26.02.2016 by Hon'ble Court. SLP is pending after notice (Copy of order dated 26.02.2016 is enclosed herewith).
It is further submitted that notice in SLP (C) Nos.798808 of 2016 @ CC Nos. 455465 of 2016 Entitled Laxmi Bai Etc. Etc. Versus State Of Haryana And Ors. Etc. arising out of common Order was directed on 08.01.2016 by Hon'ble Court. SLP is pending after notice (Copy of order dated 08.01.2016 is enclosed herewith)(Main matter is SLP (C) No. 3608736124 of 2015).
The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
