If that be so, service is deemed to be complete on respondent No.15 in SLP(C) No. 37267/2017 but none has entered appearance.
Respondent Nos.5 and 16 in SLP(C) No. 10980/2019 have filed counter affidavit but defective. Defects be cured within four weeks.
