Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps to effect service on the unserved respondents as mentioned in the office report within two weeks time as last opportunity.
However, ld. Counsel for the petitioner submits that some of the unserved respondents are petitioners in other connected matters and are duly represented, as such, service may be deemed to be complete. Ld. Counsel has submitted a list of such respondents(enclosed). Registry to verify. If submission made by the ld. Counsel for the petitioner are correct, service is deemed to be complete on these respondents. For remaining respondents, ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps within two weeks time.
