The Transfer Petitions above mentioned were listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court

on 28-10-2016 when he was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"Await the return of the service of notice already issued to the unserved respondents in T.P.(C) Nos. 19041915 and 19551958/2015 In the meantime, office shall enquire about the fate of notices sent to the said unserved respondents under registered cover from the postal authorities. List again on 9.12.2016."

Notice was already issued to all the unserved Respondents through Regd. A.D. Post on 24-09-2016.

T.P.(C) 1904 OF 2015

There are 12 respondents.

It is submitted that certificate of service has been received from concerned High Court in respect of respondent nos. 1, 2, 6,8, 9,11 &12 but no one has filed Vakalatnama and memo of appearance on behalf of them.

It is further submitted that as per track report notice has been delivered to Respondent Nos. 5 & 10.

It is also submitted that notice has not delivered to Respondent Nos. 3, 4 and 7 as per track report of Postal Authority (Copy enclosed).

Service of notice is not complete in respect of respondent nos. 3, 4 and 7.

T.P.(C) 1905 OF 2015

There are 7 respondents.

It is submitted that certificate of service has been receivied from concerned High Court in respect of respondent nos. 3, 4, 6 & 7 but no one has filed Vakalatnama and memo of appearance on behalf of them.

It is further submitted that as per track report notice has been delivered to Respondent No. 2

It is also submitted that notice has not delivered to Respondent No. No. 1 per track report of Postal Authority (Copy enclosed).

It is further submitted that as per track report notice has been delivered to Respondent Nos. 1, 5, 6, 9, 13, 15, 17, 26, 27, 37, 43, 46, 62, 66, 67, 70, 71, 74, 79, 91 & 98, 104.

It is also submitted that notice has not delivered to Respondent nos. 3, 11, 18, 19, 29, 33, 38, 41, 42, 54, 59, 77, 86, 89, 92, 103 & 105 as per track report of Postal Authority.

There are 17 respondents.

It is submitted that certificate of service has been receivied from concerned High Court in respect of respondent nos. 1 to 5, 7, 8, 10 to 14, 16 & 17 but no one has filed Vakalatnama and memo of appearance on behalf of them.

It is also submitted that notice has not delivered to Respondent Nos. 6 & 9 as per track report of Postal Authority (Copy enclosed).

There are 6 respondents.

It is submitted that certificate of service has been receivied from concerned High Court in respect of respondent nos. 1 to 3, 5 & 6 but no one has filed Vakalatnama and memo of appearance on behalf of them.

It is also submitted that notice has not delivered to respondent No. 4 who are common respondent as per track report of Postal Authority (Copy enclosed).

T.P.(C) Nos.1955-1958 OF 2015

It is submitted that A.D. Card duly signed has been received back from the Respondent Nos. 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 15, 16, 18, 19, 20, 21, 23, 25, 26, 28, 32, 34, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 45, 46, 47 & 48 in T.P. (C) No. 1955 of 2015, sole Respondent in T.P. (C) 1956 of 2015 and Respondent nos. 1, 2 & 4 in T.P.(C) No. 1957 of 2015.

It is further submitted that as per track report notice has been delivered to Respondent Ns. 1, 13, 14, 17, 22, 24, 27, 29, 30, 45, 50, 51, 52 in T.P. (C) Nos. 1955 of 2015 and sole repondent in T.P. (C) No. 1958 of 2015

It is also submitted that notice has not delivered to respondent Nos. 4, 7, 31, 33, 35, 44, 49, 53 in T.P. (C) No. 1955 of 2015 and Respondent Nos. 3 & 5 in T.P. (c) No. 1957 of 2015 as per track report of Postal Authority (Copy enclosed).

Service of notice is not complete on Respondent Nos. 4, 7, 31, 33, 35, 44, 49, 53 in T.P. (C) No. 1955 of 2015 and Respondent Nos. 3 & 5 in T.P. (c) No. 1957 of 2015.

TRANSFER PETITIONS (CIVIL) Nos.1963-1971, 1991-2006, 2008-2012, 2020-2044, 2054-2059 of 2015 & 15-18, 19, 31-35 of 2016

The Transfer Petitions above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 5th January 2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"List along with Transfer Petition (C) Nos. 1904-1915 of 2015 and connected matters."

Accordingly, the transfer petitions above-mentioned were tagged with T. P. (C) Nos. 1904-1915 of 2015.

It is submitted that Mr. Rabin Majumder, Advocate has on 8th March, 2016 filed vakalatnama and memo of appearance on behalf of respondent no. 1 in all the T. P. (C) NO. 2020-2044 of 2015.

TRANSFER PETITIONS (CIVIL) Nos.15-18, 19, 31-35 of 2016

The Transfer Petitions above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 11th January 2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"Tag with Transfer Petition (c) Nos. 1904-1915 of 2015 and connected matters."

Accordingly, the transfer petitions above-mentioned were tagged with T. P. (C) Nos. 1904-1915 of 2015.

The matters above-mentioned are listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar with this Office Report.
