The Transfer Petitions above mentioned were listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on

17-08-2016, when he was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"Registry shall issue notice urgently to the unserved respondents. List again on 28.9.2016."

Accordingly, Fresh notice was issued to all the unserved respondents through A.D. post on 17-09-2016 in T.P. (C) Nos. 1904-1915 and 1955-1958 of 2015.

It is submitted that neither A.D. card nor unserved registered cover containing the notice has been received back from sole respondent so far.

The matters above-mentioned are listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar with this
