Opportunity to file counter affidavit by respondent nos.1 and 2 has already been declined on 12.11.2024.

Mr. Dhruv Tank, Ld. Counsel appearing for Ms. Surbhi Kapoor, Ld. AOR has entered into appearance for respondent no.3, on whom service was complete. Four weeks time, is granted to file vakalatnama. It has been submitted by Ld. Counsel appearing for respondent no.3 that counter affidavit filed by respondent nos.1 and 2 in the main matter i.e. SLP(C) No.21643/2023 would be adopted by respondent no.3 in this matter. Let the submission be taken on record.

Service on respondent no.4 is complete by way of dasti service, but none has entered appearance.
