Mr. Bhargava V. Desai, Ld. Counsel for respondent No.1 in C.A. No.5150/2013 submits that earlier he was appearing only for respondent No.1 and now he has been discharged. However, office report is erroneously stating that he is representing respondent No.2. Office to verify and update the records.

Sole respondent in C.A. No.5151/2013 has been served with alternative arrangement notice but no one has entered appearance so far.

At this stage, Ld. Counsel seeks and is granted two weeks' time to take appropriate steps in respect of sole respondent.
