It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that counsel for the petitioners has on 24th August, 2016 filed application for directions but the same was unregistered for want of deficit court fee of Rs. 100/-, Thereafter counsel for the petitioner has on 25th November, 2016 filed deficit court fee and the application has been registered as I.A No.6 and is placed below for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

The application for direction in the matter above-mentioned was mentioned before the Hon'ble Court on 24th November, 2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order :

"List I.A.No.6/2016 in the next two weeks before an appropriate Bench."

It is submitted that there are eight Respondents in the matter. Mr. A.D.N. Rao, Advocate has entered vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 1 but no Counter Affidavit has been filed so far. Mr. Nikhil Jain, Advocate has entered vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of Respondent No.3 and has also filed reply affidavit. Names of Respondent Nos. 2 and 4 to 8 have been deleted vide courts order dated 29th October, 2013.

Service is complete.

The aforesaid application in the matter above-mentioned is listed before Hon'ble Court with this office report as directed.
