The Interlocutory Application No. 4 (Application for Impleadment) was listed before the Hon'ble Court (In Chambers) on 6 th May, 2016, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order :

"At the request of the learned counsel for the petitioners, four weeks' time is granted to file reply to the application for impleadment."

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that Counsel for the Petitioner has on 11th July, 2016 filed reply to the Application (I.A.No. 4 of 2016) for Impleadment and the same is already included in the paper books.

It is further submitted that M/s. Lawyer's Knit & Co., Advocates has on 18th August, 2015 filed an application for impleadment as party respondent and the same is registered as I.A No. 5 of 2016 and is placed before the Hon'ble court for kind perusal.

It is also submitted that there are 12 respondents in the matter. M/s. Lawyer's Knit & Co, Advocates have filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of respondent no. 7 and also filed counter affidavit. Name of Respondent nos. 4 to 6 and 8 to 12 have been deleted vide Chamber Judge order dated 24th April, 2015.

Service is Complete.

The aforesaid applications in the matter are listed before the Hon'ble Judge-in-chamber with this office report.
