The matter above-mentioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 20th January, 2016, when the following order was passed:

"Respondent No.7 has already filed the counter affidavit.

The Ld. Counsel for the respondent No.1 has failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules.

Four weeks time is given to the respondent No.3 to file the counter affidavit.

Respondent Nos. 4 to 6 and 8 to 12 have been deleted by order dated 24.4.2015 of the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber.

Four weeks time is given to the learned counsel for the petitioners for filing the affidavit in proof of dasti service of notice already issued to the respondent No. 2. List again on 4.3.2016. "

It is submitted that Counsel for the Respondent No. 3 has not filed counter affidavit so far.

It is further submitted that reminder letter was issued to Trial Court on 1 st December, 2015 with request to submit service report in respect of Respondent No. 2 . Service report from Trial Court has been received on 20th January, 2016 with remarks Respondent No. 2 "Served".

It is also submitted that there are 12 respondents in the matter. M/s. Lawyer's Knit & Co, Advocates have filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of respondent no. 7 and also filed counter affidavit. Name of Respondent nos. 4 to 6 and 8 to 12 have been deleted vide Chamber Judge order dated 24th April, 2015.

Service is Complete.

It is lastly submitted that M/s. Lawyer's Knit & Co., Advocates have on 18th August, 2015 filed application for Impleadment to implead the party as Respondent. But the said application is defective as Counsel has not served its copy on other side Advocate, Mr. A.D.N. Rao, Advocate for Respondent No. 1 despite this Registry's letter dated 9.09.2015.

The aforesaid matter is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
