The Special Leave Petition above-mentioned has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 9 th July, 2013 of the High Court of Judicature, Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad in Appeal Suit No. 2734 of 1999.

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that two applications for condonation of delay have been filed i.e. one is for condonation of delay in filing special leave petition and another in refiling the special leave petition. There is a delay of 70 days in filing the Special Leave Petition and 182 days in refiling the special leave petition. The total delay is of 252 days.

It is further submitted that SLP (C) No. 14051 of 2014 arising out of common order between the same parties was listed before the Court on 9 th May, 2014, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to direct issue notice and the same is pending for hearing. Now the said matter is fixed for 17th September, 2014. (Copy of Record of Proceeding dated 9th May, 2014 is enclosed herewith)

The aforesaid matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
