counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules. The office report indicates that the service report in the notice issued to the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 has not been received as yet from the Trial Court. A reminder shall be issued. In the meantime, the Ld. Counsel for the petitioners shall take fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to the said respondents within a period of four weeks. Dasti in addition is permitted to be served. Respondent No.7 has already filed the counter affidavit. Respondent Nos. 4 to 6 and 8 to 12 have been deleted by order
