The matters above-mentioned were listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 28th April, 2015, when he was pleased to pass the following order:

" SLP(C) No. 14051/2014

Four weeks time, as last chance is given to the learned counsel for the petitioners to comply with the terms of Order dated 18.2.2015 of this Court.

Mr. Ayush Chaudhary, Ld. Advocate has appeared on behalf of the respondent No. 3. He seeks and is given four weeks time to file the vakalatnama and the counter affidavit. SLP(C) No. 22888/2014

The Learned counsel for the respondent No.1 seeks and is given four weeks' time as last chance to file the counter affidavit.

Four weeks time, as last chance is given to the learned counsel for the petitioners to comply with the terms of Order dated 18.2.2015 of this Court. List again on 17.8.2015."

SLP (C) No. 14051 of 2014:

It is submitted that Mr. Gautam Awasthi, counsel for the petitioners has only on 6 th August, 2015 filed requisite spare copies. The same is barred by 72 days but no application for condonation of delay in filing spare copies has been filed so far. Therefore fresh show cause notice (usual and through trial Court) could not be issued to unserved Respondent Nos. 2, 4 to 8 so far.

It is further submitted that there are eight Respondents in the matter. Mr. A.D.N. Rao, Advocate has entered vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 1 but no Counter Affidavit has been filed so far. Mr. Nikhil Jain, Advocate has entered vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of Respondent No.3 and has also filed reply affidavit.

Service is not complete on Respondent No. 2 and 4 to 8.

SLP (C) No. 22888 of 2014:

It is submitted that Counsel for the Respondent No. 1 has not filed Counter Affidavit so far.

It is further submitted that fresh show cause notice was issued to Respondent No. 2 and 3 on 11th May, 2015. Unsigned A.D. Card has been received from Respondent No. 2. A period of more than thirty days has already elapsed from the date of issue of notice but neither A.D Card nor unserved cover containing the notice has been received back from the said Respondent No. 3 so far.

It is also submitted that dasti notice was also issued to the Trial Court for effecting service on unserved Respondent No. 2 and 3. But no report has been received from the Trial Court so far.

It is lastly submitted that there are 12 respondents in the matter. M/s. Lawyer's Knit & Co, Advocates have filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of respondent no. 7 and also filed counter affidavit. Name of Respondent nos. 4 to 6 and 8 to 12 have been deleted vide Chamber Judge order dated 24th April, 2015.

Service is incomplete in respect of Respondent Nos. 2 and 3.

The aforesaid matters are listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
