UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER
The petitioner stands convicted for having committed offences punishable under Sections 120(b) $r/w$ 420 of IPC and 13(2) $r/w$ 13(1)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and was sentenced to undergo one year rigorous imprisonment.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Courts below have erred in correctly and completely appreciating Signal Techo Quantities and which has resulted into Date: 2008-12.00<br>1620: <mark>US</mark>avesty of justice and the present appeal in all likelihood would be allowed with the setting aside of the judgment of conviction and

sentence.
He further states that all throughout the petitioner was on bail and has maintained good conduct and also this is the only offence in relation to which the petitioner stands convicted.
IA No.247941/2023 – application seeking exemption from surrendering is allowed. The petitioner is exempted from surrendering.
