UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Dr. Rajeev Dhawan, learned senior counsel being assisted by Mr. Gaurav Kejriwal, learned counsel appearing for the applicants intends to withdraw the interlocutory applications to file appropriate petitions for transfer of the cases pending before the High Court of Patna. The interlocutory applications are, accordingly, disposed of.
Though, we have disposed of the interlocutory applications, the same shall not be an impediment on the part of the applicant to file an appropriate petitions for transfer of the cases pending before the High Court.
