The matter above mentioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 11.07.2016, when the following Order was passed:

" Four weeks time as last chance is given to the served respondents to file the counter affidavit.

Ld.counsel for the petitioner is directed to take fresh steps in respect of the unserved respondents within four weeks. List the matter again on 17.08.2016."

It is submitted that that Mr. Anupam Lal Das, Advocate for Respondent Nos. 27, 9 and 12, 14(iv), 15, 16(i), 16(iii), 17 and 2125 has on 11.07.2016 filed Counter Affidavit, but respondent numbers mentioned in the Counter Affidavit do not tally with the respondents numbers mentioned in the vakalatnama. A letter has been issued to the Counsel in this regard, but he has not cured the defects so far.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has not taken fresh steps. Therefore, fresh show cause notice has not been issued to unserved respondent nos. 8, 10, 11, 13, 14(ii), 16(ii) and 1920.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on Respondent Nos. 8, 10, 11, 13, 14(ii), 16(ii) and 1920.

The matter is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
