The matter above-mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 30th September 2013, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

Issue notice on the application for permission to file special leave petition, special leave petition as also the application for condonation of delay.

Inasmuch as the petitioners have not explained as to who they were before the High Court, we are not in a position to grant any stay and therefore we are not granting any stay here also.

To be listed along with SLP(C) No. 39966/2012."

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to all the 42 respondents by registered A.D post on 29th October 2013. A.D. cards duly signed have been received back from the respondent Nos. 8, 12, 20, 26, 28 to 37, 39 to 40 and 42 respectively. Neither A.D. cards nor unserved covers containing the notice have been received back from the respondent nos. 1 to 7, 9 to 11, 13 to 19, 21 to 25, 27 , 38 and 41 so far.

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 12th November 2013 filed an application for AD-Interim stay of the demand and recovery of transit fee being levied on the petitioners and the same is registered as I.A. No.9 and the paper books of the same are placed with the main SLP paper books.

The application in the matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
